I was hesitant on spending so much money on this item. I have to say the seller was extremely responsive and helpful with any and every question i had prior, during and after the order. Do Not have any apprehension contacting the seller directly, they will defiantly respond based on my experience. My biggest concern was durability and color vibrancy. Shipping was pretty quick as well. The color is fantastic very happy. The durability will only be determined over time. It isn’t the most course or dense carpet iv seen for work spaces but its intended for a walking area rather than a heavy work space so I’m sure it will be fine with maintenance. Looking forward to ordering another with a new design.

I wasn’t expecting much, but the rug came out fantastic. It’s large and beautiful with bright colors. The delivery was on time. It was rolled up in a box, but I quickly was able to straighten it out once I placed it on the floor near the inside of my front door. The fact that it came from what appears to be a small US company was a plus. It’s high quality and doesn’t skid around even in this high traffic area. I liked this custom rug so much that I ordered a second one. Hopefully the rug stands up to the test of time.
